Meeting was held during Kentucky Derby Party weekend camping at RRR.
Chili Champions are Michelle/Rod Miller.
Dinner at NTD meeting will be taco bar provided by the food committee (Polly, Tammy, Flo). Potluck desserts, BYODrinks.
Cowboy Christmas - spaces will be 12 x 12 @ $25; 9 am - 2 pm. Auction to follow. First Sunday in December.  We need to encourage crafters.
Clipper sharpening is available - Scott's Sharpening Service, Sophia St., Maumee.
HHYEC cleanup had good attendance.
We're discussing purchasing a first-aid kit.
A cook is needed for NTD weenie roast. Jack will bring sup-plies, weenies, buns, chips, water. Al and Roy volunteered. Cookies needed.
Amy and Terry volunteered to get the birthday cake.
We're planning on going back to Bunker's in November unless someone comes up with another meeting place.
