We had our corn roast meeting at RRR. Donna Gray will advise us on doing a FB ad/boost for Cowboy Christmas and design a flyer. An ad was approved for the corral ($150). A free ad will be submitted to Saddle Up as well as to a community publication recommended by Polly.
Help is needed for the holiday party Jan. 4.
Our food committee (Polly and Tami) are planning beef and noodles and baked potato bar (bring hors d'oevres) for the Oaktoberfest meal on Saturday which is also our next meeting. HHYEC RAT is the nest day, 10/6.
Insurance has been bought for Cowboy Christmas.
