We had our chili cook off/potluck dinner.
A card for retiring state  treasurer JoEllen Rochowski was circulated  and signed.
Jack has submitted a letter to state about the connector trail and loop proposed in the Maumee State Forest.
The property in front of HHYEC has been bought by the metroparks.
The outhouses at Harry Hughes need to be painted. Barb Shute volunteered.
Nominations were opened for 2024 officers.

Nominations will be accepted in September with voting at the October meeting which will be Sept 30 at RRR 7pm.
The winner of the chili cookoff was Connie Bauer, 2nd Lisa Line, 3rd Emily Collins. Emily may go to the state chili cookoff and represent us. Jack declined the subsidization offered.
Bunkers is currently closed on Mondays. We may need to find a different meeting place.
Our next meeting will be Sept. 11, 7pm at RRR.
